Board of Directors Meetings
- Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month at 7 pm. Meetings are at the Clubhouse; with COVID, each meeting will be evaluated – if COVID dictates, a Zoom link will be distributed.
Annual Budget
- The annual budget is targeted to be available for review by December 15 of each year.
- The rule of thumb for budgeting is to use last year’s actual numbers unless the Board of Directors is aware of new plans for the following year.
- The budget will be voted on by the Board of Directors and used to determine the dues amount for the following year.
